Resident Update – Elevator Status 4/17/2026

Dear Residents,

The building elevator is currently out of service due to ongoing mechanical issues. The elevator repair company has inspected the system and determined that a replacement part is required. 

The necessary part is being ordered, and we are actively working with the service provider to complete repairs as quickly as possible. At this time, we are hoping the elevator will be back in operation shortly, pending delivery and installation of the part. 

We understand this is an inconvenience and appreciate your patience and cooperation while repairs are being completed.

Additional updates will be shared as soon as the elevator is restored.
